I am primarily a portrait artist but when I have some down time I love to paint landscapes and a few still lifes. Duane Keiser has inspired me to do A-Painting-A-Day or rather, a-painting-every-FEW-days! So here goes....

- Award-winning Atlanta portrait artist, Lisa studied in Philadelphia at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and lived and worked there for 8 years. Since moving back to Atlanta in 2000 she has been painting children's portraits and pets full time. When she is not working on portrait commissions, she paints landscapes that reflect unique light and atmosphere, working in both pastel and oil. Lisa is also the co-founder of the Atlanta Fine Arts League and the creator of Art From The Heart, a project where Atlanta area artists paint the portraits of Georgia's fallen soldiers free for their families.
